This is the leader in the overall tone series programs. You want that hourglass figure, thats fine but let us warn you , you will have to work hard for it with this one.
Training System: The Hourglass program uses the Victory Volume Training System (VVS) This system takes your body through a full range of training methods that provides better results than any other program. We focus on heavier compound movements with high rep finishers ,coupled with high rep low weight isolation exercises to squeeze every last bit of size and strength out of the muscle. Also this training use eccentric training to push your muscles past their normal point of failure to create more damage in the fibers to promote better growth.
Stage 1: Beginner plan, is 3x a Week with beginner level workouts, it focuses on building up strength endurance to be able to do more workouts and to prevent injury in the next stages.
Stage 2: Moderate Plan, is 4x a Week, with moderate level workouts, it focuses on hypertrophy (muscle growth).
Final Stage: Advanced Plan, is 5x a Week, with advanced level workouts, it focuses on power workouts to stimulate type 2 muscle fibers this type of training makes you more athletic.
