Overview: With toning the back our first objective will be lowering our body fat percentage. We can look at tone being a formula of Body Fat vs Muscle. If we can increase muscle and decrease body fat we can improve tone.

3. Mid Traps


The Point: If we can develop those 3 muscle within the back and decrease body fat we will be successful in eliminating unwanted back/bra fat.
