Nighttime Sleep Aid + Recovery Detox

3. Pineapples

With even more melatonin-boosting benefits than bananas, pineapples are a sweet choice for easing insomnia or jet lag.

4. Oranges

Oranges can increase the melatonin in your body by approximately 47 percent.


  • 1/2 cup orange juice

  • 1 cup cherries, frozen

  • 1 cup pineapple, frozen

  • 1 medium banana

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt, plain


  • Add orange juice to your blender first. Blend all ingredients together until smooth. Pour into glasses and enjoy!
