  • 2 slices of watermelon

  • 2 Slices of Lemon

  • 1 Ginger Root

  • 12 oz of Water


  • Pour water into a Blender.

  • Add Watermelon, Lemon and Ginger to water.

  • Blend.

  • Use in morning before eating
